- Place Your Order – Review the stock list and send us your order.
- Invoice & Payment – We will send you an invoice. Once it’s paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the expected delivery time.
- Delivery –
- Frag Packs: Your order will be shipped directly to your door.
- Transshipping: You can either pick up the order at the airport, or for an additional fee, we can arrange delivery to your location.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is completely free. Once your order is confirmed, we process and ship it within three business days. Your frag packs will be securely packed to ensure they arrive healthy and ready for display or sale.
5. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
We stand by the quality of our corals. In the rare case of any corals arriving dead (DOA), please refer to our DOA policy for replacements or refunds.
